Payment Plans Explained || Gra Photography

A session with us is an entire luxury experience. Which means our services aren’t cheap or quick. It’s an investment – in yourself. Much like any luxury product, if it’s worth having, it’s worth saving up for! That said, I’m here to help make it easy for all budgets to benefit from this life-changing experience.
I want all people, regardless of what they do for a living, to be able to splurge on themselves every now and then. Especially when the short-term splurge can have long-term benefits! That’s why I offer a variety of payment options.
Pre-pay for a collection before your session date, or upgrade when you see your images at your Reveal and Ordering Appointment. Choose the payment method that’s most comfortable to you.
Pay at your Reveal and Ordering Appointment:
You will of course need to pay the $499 Session Fee in order to book your session date. But, if you then want to wait until your Reveal and Ordering Appointment – when we share your entire image gallery with you – to pay for products, that’s okay! If you choose to wait for your reveal, payment is expected in full that day. We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as cash, or take advantage of our financing partners. There is a required minimum investment of $1800 for Products/Images due before your session date regardless of how you pay.
There is no right or wrong way to invest in your images! However, the majority of our clients choose to pre-pay for a collection to unlock the *special perks* of pre-payment!
There are three different ways to pre-pay:
1. Pre-Session Payment Plan (PSPP) = in-house payment plan, before your session date
2. Pre-Purchase = payment in full, in one payment, before your session date
3. Financing = payment in installments, through our financing partners, either before or after your session date
Pre-Session Payment Plan (PSPP):
The PSPP is our customizable in-house payment option – which means no fees or interest! Your chosen collection will be made in installments, which means together we decide on the amount of each payment, and your payment frequency! Just know that your PSPP must be paid in full 15 days before your session date to redeem your PERKS. Because we handle the Pre-Session Payment Plans in-house, by keeping your credit card on file, there is no credit check!
Example: If there are 12 weeks before your session, we’ll create a payment plan of equal installments to be automatically drafted – either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly – so that when your session date arrives, your order is paid in full.
The great news is that because you can schedule your session up to 12 months in advance, you can spread those payment installments over a whole year if you need to.

We have a whole list of products and services we offer that are only attainable through pre-payment, such as exclusive add-on sets, access to the LUXE client closet, pre-session fittings, professional headshots, and more! The number and type of perks you receive depends on which collection you pre-pay for. ➡ What if I want to upgrade at my session?
What tends to happen to most clients – and will probably happen to you to! – is during your Reveal and Ordering Appointment, after looking at all of your jaw-dropping images, you’ll have a hard time just choosing a few. In fact, most clients end up falling in love with way more photos than they thought they would! So, if you want to upgrade your collection once you see your images, that is A-OK! You can either pay the difference right there or apply for financing to cover the remaining cost.
Just keep in mind that you do not gain access to additional perks if you decide to upgrade at your reveal appointment. You only receive perks for the collection you have pre-paid for BEFORE your session date.
Pre-Purchase:
Pre-Purchasing is similar to the PSPP, except instead of paying in installments, you pre-pay for your chosen collection IN FULL, in one payment.
Your collection must be paid in full no later than 30 days before your session date to redeem your Perks. Exceptions to the 30-day rule are made ONLY if you book your session with less than 30 days until your date.

➡ What if I want to upgrade at my session?
Just like with the PSPP, if you want to upgrade to a higher collection once you see your images, that is totally fine! We know decisions are hard and sometimes you need to splurge a little! You can either pay the extra amount right there or apply for financing to cover the difference.
Keep in mind that you do not gain access to even more additional perks if you decide to upgrade at your reveal appointment. You only receive perks for any funds paid before your session date.
Financing:
Sometimes we just don’t have all the cash upfront, but that doesn’t mean you can’t do a boudoir session! Like I said, I’m a firm believe in making it happen for anyone who needs it which means YES, we do offer financing options! Financing is a great option if you want to extend your payments over a longer period of time than your session date would permit. We work with PayPal Credit, Affirm, and Afterpay.
Financing is essentially a line of credit you can use towards products that pays Gra Photography in full, and then you make payments to PayPal/Affirm/Afterpay over the next 6-36 months (the length depends on which financing partner you choose).
For example, let’s say you book a session 4 months out. If the payments split over those 4 months would still be too much, financing could be the option for you! You would then have longer to pay your total – spread over more months – including past your session date.
You can get pre-approved for any of these financing options, that way you know your budget before you book. All you have to do is follow this link and click on the financing of your choice. The applications are easy, and there is no obligation to take the financing if you decide not to use it.

Keep in mind that if you are using financing but did not PRE-PAY, you will not be eligible for these perks.
➡ What if I want to upgrade at my session?
If you decide to upgrade to a higher collection at your Reveal and Ordering Appointment, that’s not a problem! You can even mix and match financing options, such as using Afterpay for your original collection choice and then using Affirm to cover the difference once you upgrade.
